Event planners sign up and list their events on myEventpromo.

Individual promoters, also known as representatives (affiliates), sign up for the platform.

3.Affiliates browse

Affiliates browse through the list of events and select the ones they want to promote.

4.Affiliates receive

Affiliates share the link or code with their network through various channels, such as social media, email, or word of mouth.

6.Affiliates tracking

When someone clicks on the link or ses the code to buy a ticket, myEventpromo tracks the sale and credits the affiliates with a commission fee.

7.Affiliates monitor

Event planners can monitor their sales and commissions through their myEventpromo account dashboard.

8.Affiliates commission

Once the event is over, event planners receive the funds from their ticket sales, minus the commission fees paid to the affiliates.

How it works (Planning an Event)

  • Sign up for a myEventpromo account as an event planner
  • Click on the "Create Event" button on your dashboard.
  • Fill out the necessary event details such as event name, date, time, location, ticket types, and prices.
  • Upload any images or promotional materials related to your event.
  • Choose your preferred commission fee for event affiliate 5% and up or go live without.
  • Save and publish your event on the myEventpromo platform.

Once your event is live, event affiliates will be able to sign up to promote your event and earn commission fees. You can track ticket sales and manage your affiliate program through the myEventpromo dashboard.
